To track the status of and order in production, please sign in to your CustomGoods.com account or provide your order number and e-mail address.

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination, weight and size. Please contact our Sales Department at CustomGoods.com@gmail.com if you require special delivery instructions and we’ll make the proper arrangements.

If your order is shipped via UPS you will receive and automated e-mail with a tracking number you can use to confirm status of transit and delivery.

Please note that Overnight or Second Day Air does not mean you will receive your order on the next day after placing your purchase. Delivery time is based on production and shipping times.
