Custom acrylic cutting
Choose your shape and enter dimensions in inches or millimeters. Thickness options are specific to this material. The photos show the sheet material and finish, not a finished cut part.
Shapes and dimensions
- Rectangle: width and height.
- Circle: diameter.
- Ellipse: width and height.
- Rounded rectangle: width, height and corner radius.
- Custom outline: bounding dimensions and a dimensioned drawing.
Additional processing
Specify hole count, hole diameter and location. Four-corner holes require an inset measured from the outside edge to the hole center. Custom hole patterns, additional edge polishing and engraving are reviewed before production.
Drawing requirements
Supply a fully dimensioned PDF or a DXF/AI vector drawing. Use 1:1 scale, specify inches or millimeters, join contours and convert text to outlines. Photos and JPG/PNG references can help explain a project but are not cutting paths.
Material availability, maximum dimensions, processing feasibility and delivery are confirmed during quotation.
