Artwork and ordering

Upload your logo, event artwork or print-ready design using the file upload on this page. PDF, PNG, JPG and WebP up to 10 MB are accepted. For front and back printing, supply clearly labeled pages in one PDF. Use 300 dpi at finished size; card designs should include 3 mm bleed and keep important text inside the trim area. You can also provide artwork after ordering.

One design and base color per order line. Enter print colors, event name, numbering instructions and your requested event date in the order notes. A digital proof needs your approval before production. Production and delivery timing are confirmed after artwork review; an event date is a request, not a delivery guarantee.

Pricing and printing examples

The calculated product total includes standard artwork setup and the selected options. Quantity discounts are applied to the base product; upgrades are charged per piece. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Photos illustrate the product and sample printing. Sample branding, artwork, lanyards and other accessories are included only where explicitly stated in your selected options.
